Tips and Tricks: Over Posting Policy

In this week's edition of Tips and Tricks, we explore the over posting policy on NL Classifieds.  This policy is in place to prevent redundancy on the site, and to increase the end user experience.

As you can imagine, if you saw the same listing every day in your search for a new car or couch, it would be frustrating and you would end up skimming over listings!

So once every 7 days, you can repost your listing on NL Classifieds.  You can do this one of two ways, and one is much easier than the other!  You can go ahead and resubmit an entirely different listing, but that involves rewriting the description, entering contact info and location again, and uploading images again.  Wouldn't it be awesome if you could just use the same ad you already have active on the site?  Well lucky for you, there is!

After logging in, merely click on My Listings, and Edit the listing in question.  All you need to do is change the Created On date to the current date, accept the changes and the system will see it as if it was just posted.  You can do this once every 7 days, FOR FREE!

And who doesn't like free?

NL Classifieds, always current, always free.
