How to Post an Ad on NL Classifieds

Now what?
Ok, so now what?

Now that you've found us, I guess you're wondering, "How do I post an ad on NL Classifieds?"

Well, you've come to the right place.  Hit the jump for a walkthrough guide from start to finish on how to place a listing.

  1. Head to and create an account by filling in your name, email and password and enter the squiggly numbers to prove your'e not a robot.  If you already have an account, skip to Step 4.
  2. Check your inbox for an activation email, it should only take a few moments!
  3. Click the link in your email.
  4. Go to (or find the "Member Login" link at the top right of the homepage), and sign in.
  5. Click on "Create a New Listing".
  6. Click on "Place Your Free Listing". 
  7. Choose the appropriate category and subcategory.
  8. Click "Continue".
  9. Fill in your contact information.  If you've added it to your profile, it should automatically fill out for you.
  10. Click "Continue".
  11. Choose your area from the drop down list.
  12. Fill in the "City/Town", "Title", "Price" and "Description" fields.
  13. Click "Continue".
  14. If you have a photo that you would like to attach to your listing, click "Choose File" and locate the image on your computer.  If not, skip to Step 16.
  15. Click "Upload", wait for the image to finish uploading.
  16. Click "Continue".
  17. Review your ad for accuracy.
  18. Click the checkbox that states that you've read and understand the Terms & Conditions.  Don't lie, so read them first!
  19. Click "Accept".
  20. Your ad is now pending moderation!

Once the ad gets moderated and activated, (it shouldn't take too long, our team of monkeys work long and hard hours), feel free to share the ad through the links on your listing!
